Each message opens its own page. A guest only gets the ones that fit their visit.
Build what guests get, and when. Each moment sends one message that opens its own page. Ask for new words, a page, or a new time on the moment’s request page, and we review it before anything changes.
A new step in your guests’ visit, like “Your table is ready”, with its own text, page, and timing. Hostline reviews it with you before anything goes out.
Designs for the pages your texts open. Use one for any moment, and mix them.
We design the page, and its text if you want, for any moment. It is quoted before any work starts.
Your Google rating, how your own guests rated their visits, and what they told you privately.
The guest’s own answer on the close page. Great and Okay are also offered Google; Not great is not.
Opening your Google listing from a visit page is not a review, and Hostline never counts or charges for published reviews.
This month’s stays from the POS, and what they cost.
A visit counts only when it comes from the POS. Any text beyond the welcome and the close, like a reminder or a loyalty text, is extra.

Your room as the Hostline app scans it, and which tables are reserved tonight.
Who came in, how it went for them, and what to do next to keep each one coming back.
Visits come from the POS. What a guest spent comes once the POS sends order lines; until then the value shown is the listed price of the extras they asked for on their page. Texts like offers and invites need the guest’s own loyalty opt-in, which is not in this build.
How each item is doing with guests, and what would help the quiet ones.
Asked for counts what guests requested from their visit page this month. Buy rate is the share of this month’s visits that asked for the item. Visits rated is how guests rated those whole visits, not the item alone. Sales rung up at the POS show once the POS sends order lines.
How each person on your floor is doing this month: how many guests they serve, how happy those guests leave, and where they could grow.
Everything here is this month’s POS visits that name the operator. A day counts as worked when it has at least one of their visits. Happy is the guest’s own 4 or 5 on the close page, never a Google review. How fast calls are answered and how long a visit takes show once staff alerts and the POS record them.
This is who a guest can be with.
