Try Hostline on your phone.

Pick your business, and Hostline texts you the welcome your guests would get, with your business’s name on it. Open the page, call staff, add an extra. When you finish the visit, a second text asks how it went.

  1. Find your business on Google

Type the name and town, then pick it from the list. A Google Maps link works too.

  2. Your mobile number

The two texts you’ll get

Welcome to your business. Your page for this visit: hostline.app/v/… Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.

After you tap Finish sample visit

Thanks for visiting your business. How was your visit? hostline.app/v/… Reply STOP to opt out.

These are the texts your guests get, word for word. The menu and the staff on the sample page are Hostline’s, labeled as samples.

About the sample

Two texts, then it’s yours to decide.

What will my phone get?
Two texts. The welcome comes now, with a link to the sample page. The second comes only when you tap Finish sample visit on that page. Nothing else.
Why find my business on Google?
So the texts and the page carry its name the way your guests would see it. Hostline keeps the business you picked and its Google place, so it knows who tried the sample.
Is the menu on the page mine?
No. The menu or services and the staff are Hostline’s samples, labeled as samples. Once you set up, your own come from your POS.
Does this sign me up?
No. Your number is used for these two texts only, and the sample is deleted after 30 days. When you want Hostline, setting up takes a short form.
